About ISPACG CRA / This Website

This website provides a means for FANS-1/A stakeholders to:

• Raise problem reports against the FANS-1/A system
• View all de-identified problem reports
• View those problems reports raised by the stakeholder
• View those problem reports assigned to stakeholder by the CRA
  
• View information on system availability
  
• View information on performance data and current system issues
• View information on ANSP ground system compliance to the Oceanic SPR

Only authorised stakeholders may raise problem reports and only authorised stakeholders have access to the full CRA problem report details. This secure access is controlled by the CRA. Any stakeholder wishing to register as an authorised user should complete the application form below.

• Register as a user

When a problem report is raised, the CRA will if necessary raise a new CRA problem report and assign access to this problem report to those stakeholders tasked with investigating it. Where a new problem report has already been covered by an existing CRA problem report, the details of the new problem report will be added to the existing CRA report by CRA staff and the originator of the new report will be given access to the existing report.

Any status change to a CRA problem report will be notified to the originator/s via email.
