System Availability
The Oceanic SPR standard requires an availability of 99.9% for safety however ANSP operating reduced separations in areas of high traffic density require an availability of 99.99% for traffic efficiency.
Individual ANSP should determine whether their traffic patterns require the higher availability figure to be met for traffic efficiency.
